Rohwedder Pematech Gmbhl now breaks new grounds with a new Test Cell Inline Servo TCIL-S with integrated Digitaltest MTS300 Sigma.
The brandnew test cell was jointly developed by the companies Digitaltest GmbH and Rohwedder Pematech GmbH for in-circuit and functional testing of populated PCBs. The base of the test cell contains the tester MTS300 Sigma from Digitaltest, with the related control PC.
